For hanging Salami or Sausages in your DX100 Dry Ager
A) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing upwards: strings of sausage or sausage yarn can simply
be hung over each lug (see product illustrations 2 and 3). No longer any need for S-
hooks or other aids.
B) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing downward: this is an effortless way to attach pairs of
sausage in the ‘notches’.
