The one tool that has impressed me the most is the professional bone saw. Our Stainless Steel saw has a 37cm blade so it is ideally suited for use on deer. Some saws are too large and awkward to use. In the past I have tried a manner of different domestic saws, but nothing compares to the real thing. This saw will cut through bone like butter with the minimum of effort.
